I enjoy a diverse career with students, craftsmen, filmmakers, technicians, artists and friends representing over 55 countries. Within my student population, my student retention rate is 96.8%, passing rate is 98.2% and matriculation to four-year universities, trade schools and academies exceeds 86% of total student population.
Diverse Committees
I have been involved in academic committees and programs, including Diversity Committee, Composition Committee, and SLO Restructuring Team which has seen an increase in the number of students earning community college credentials to 86% for over 15 years.
Diverse Initiatives
I have upported California-based initiatives such as SSSP, Equity, Basic Skills Transformation, the Strong Workforce Program, and California College Promise.
Diversity Online
As a web designer, I have created an educationally coherent online course map that includes specific course sequences, progress milestones, and course learning outcomes.
Diverse Adult Learners
I have created intuitive, well-grounded and respected professional offering productive career steering effective adult multi-site, education programs within large scale public education systems.
Preparing Learners for the Future
